Henry Attends London Premiere Of 'Warcraft: The Beginning'

He just shared the best black and white selfie, and tonight Henry attended the London BFI IMAX premiere of Warcraft: The Beginning. As you know, he's a big fan of the game.

Henry recently told the story to Conan, and added a few extra details he hadn't mentioned before. WATCH (at about 1:30).

We hope he enjoyed the film. More to come!

The Daily Mail:

"Superfan: Henry Cavill was first in line to see his favourite video game brought to life on the big screen."

CNET's Senior Editor had a funny moment to share..

Henry Shares New Photo With Kal

The always funny Henry has shared this cool photo and message on social media.

His new ad campaign for Huawei's P9 just went wide in the UK, and who are we kidding.. they couldn't have chosen a better global ambassador than Superman (who just happens to be an expert selfie-taker and awesome #SuperPuppy dad).

We recently asked Henry about his social media presence and your fan feedback. Don't miss what he had to say!

Nicest Supes: Matt Meets Henry In London's Hyde Park

mrbellyelliot: "Walking through Hyde Park and bump into my old pal Henry Savill (Superman) he was nice enough to ask for my picture too!"

Lucky Matt!

He's the second person to run into Henry at London's Hyde Park in the last few days.

We're not surprised though, the weather was absolutely gorgeous when we were there last week.

It's never a bad time for a brisk walk, especially since he has Kal.

Enjoy your beautiful spring weather London!

'DC Universe: The Exhibit' Welcoming Fans Starting Today

If you're a fan of the DC cinematic world, this new exhibit is a must do!

It's the latest addition to the Warner Bros. tour in Burbank, and includes some really awesome props and costumes from both Batman v Superman and Suicide Squad. And you know with more superhero films on the way, it will only keep getting better. If you missed our walk-through on Periscope, you can still watch it here.

And guess who is front and center as soon as you walk in? - Go Supes! (who also takes flight in the closing shot of the intro video to the studio tour).

Our favorite part was the Daily Planet, because you know.. Clois. But there is something for everyone.

Batman fans will love the costumes Ben Affleck wore in Batman v Superman, all created by the super talented Michael Wilkinson (who also gave Superman his updated look).

And of course girl power reigns with the gorgeous Wonder Woman, whose costume is also on display. Gal Gadot will bring that fierceness back in her own solo film next June.

Obviously, our favorite quote below.. wait a second. Are we getting a look at the original quote from Superman in that pivotal scene in Batman v Superman?? -- These are some of the little surprises that await you!

We also got a close-up look at "the" Robin that has the internet talking.. the secrets he must keep.

After checking out a few more displays, we headed back to Metropolis. Some of our favorite props there were in the details, like Lois' name on her journal, and the awesome press badges for her and Clark.

The bad guys are also nicely represented in the new exhibit, with Lex's costume on display and yep, that's Kryptonite in the back (we didn't want to get too close).

You remember this hairless guy.. made Batman jump and you know that can't be easy.

You can see all of our pics in HQ, in the gallery below.

At the end of the tour, we stopped by the studio store to check out the Batman v Superman offerings, and we dare you to walk away without buying something. Some of these items you won't find online, so we decided not to pass up our opportunity to buy a couple of things.

A huge thanks to Warner Bros. for allowing us to check out the new exhibit and bring you live coverage from there. Learn more at wbstudiotour.com.

Huawei P9 TV Ad Premieres In The UK, UHQ Pics Released

The Huawei P9 TV ad premieres tonight in the UK, and the company sent over the details along with UHQ pics from the campaign. They include some we hadn't seen before (see all in the gallery below).

Scarlett and Henry co-star in the commercial that was shot in Shanghai and New Zealand by famed director, Baillie Walsh, and are portrayed sharing a series of smartphone snaps in an unlikely, yet flirtatious duel. The advert will premiere on British screens during hit show Britain’s Got Talent on Monday 23rd May and run on all commercial TV channels, video-on-demand and also appear in cinemas from Friday 27th May.

This is what convinced Henry, that the P9 was the smartphone he wanted to represent:

“I have a genuine passion for technology, so I’m excited by the opportunities created by the Huawei P9 dual lens. I’m impressed by the partnership of Huawei and Leica Camera in their engineering of a true high performance smartphone camera. They've done this and managed to package it into a fantastic device as well.”

Huawei UK's Rhys Saunders, says with the help of Henry and Scarlett they are ready to take on the world:

“We’re a cultural technology company and as a globally influential, cultural hub, the UK is a key strategic market for us. Our first ever TV campaign which features such talented actors as Scarlett and Henry, demonstrates our desire to appeal to a cosmopolitan UK audience whom we hope will be excited by the creative potential of our most premium smartphone yet”.

The advert gives a sneak peek into how the superstar duo use technology to get creative as they engage in a light-hearted photo duel which is focused on who can take the most artistic images using the smartphone.

The scene opens with Henry being snapped by paparazzi as he leaves a film premiere. Turning to get into his awaiting car, he spots a wall of faceted mirrors and takes the opportunity to capture an artistic selfie, which he willingly shares with Scarlett. She meanwhile, is on-set filming in New Zealand, and seeing his message, is eager to match his creative eye so snaps a similar image using her own reflection in her vanity mirror. The perfect photographic riposte.

The duo continue their game of photo one-upmanship as Henry travels through the vibrant streets of Shanghai by night and Scarlett explores her film set, each capturing and sharing a succession of stunning and creative images on their Huawei P9 devices.

The reveal of the TV commercial is the culmination of a high profile launch for the Huawei P9 whereby several leading photographers including Mary McCartney and National Geographic’s World Press Photo Award-winning photographer David Guttenfelder collaborated to create a photographic collection shot using the device.

Scarlett and Henry have also been photographed by Mario Testino for press advertising which will appear from this week in national newspapers and magazines.

More from the press release:

The Huawei P9 is the first smartphone from the collaboration between Huawei and the global iconic camera brand Leica Camera, resulting in a stunning dual-lens camera in a smartphone, setting a new benchmark in smartphone camera technology, with more light and better clarity, to capture brilliant colour and striking black and white images in true Leica style.

The Huawei P9 family fuses cool, sleek design and precision detail with state-of-the art technology to change the way we see the world. It continues Huawei’s legacy of premium mobile devices that have set the industry standard for elegance and performance. For further information, search #HuaweiP9.

Two Months Until SDCC, WB Tour Preview, Fierce Superman

Fierce Supes is back! -- We saw this image during the Batman v Superman promo at a couple of displays in the Los Angeles area. Now the poster is out. Cannot wait for Superman's return in Justice League.

This is the weekend we passed on our trip to the movies (no offense to Zac Efron and Seth Rogen), after realizing that Batman v Superman is no longer playing in Burbank (booh). However there is plenty of good stuff coming up to keep us busy until the extended version of the film is released on Blu-ray sometime in July.

DC Universe: The Exhibit opens to the public on Tuesday, and this week Warner Brothers gave us a preview that confirms what many had guessed about Robin. Check out the sneak peek.. Warner Brothers has removed the video, but you can read the details at the link above.

Two months from now, we'll be in San Diego to bring you everything DC film universe related from Comic-Con. And while Justice League is not coming out until November of next year, we agree with The Playlist that we're definitely getting something:

And my guess is this year’s Comic-Con is going to have some genuine surprises as WB attempts to win back the trust of fans and audiences.

You never lost our trust WB, but we're SO ready for those surprises!

Finally, this week we saw Henry at the London special screening of X-Men Apocalypse, which stars his Blood Creek costar Michael Fassbender as Magneto. While he didn't attend the screening (James McAvoy did), Michael did send Supes a shoutout when asked by IGN what superhero he'd choose to work with..

We're not opposed to this crossover.

Latest news on Justice League as it comes in. Hopefully soon. Really, really soon. Please WB.

Jen Has Chance Encounter With Henry In London

Okay, not only did Jen get a great pic with Henry while he was wearing that cool cap of his, but she *also* got to meet Kal??

Lucky London.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

We have more from last Sunday's Durrell Challenge on the way!

Henry On Fan Selfies, Ultimate Career Plan, Staying Grounded

We're catching up on a busy week of news, following our trip to Jersey in support of Henry and The Durrell Challenge (we still have a few more things to share with you). But first, here's a newly released interview Henry did with The Huffington Post UK, as he promoted the P9 smartphone in London:

“There are a lot of things that come my way, but it really mattered to me that I cared and wanted the product to be something I would actually use.”

What is your reaction when you get the label of Sexiest Man Alive?

I don’t really have a strong reaction either way, because it’s a personal opinion. One person may say sexiest man alive, while another person may say absolutely not, he’s almost the unsexiest man alive as far as I’m concerned, so if there’s some kind of vote, we’ve only heard from the bunch of people who think one way, but there’s a whole bunch of people who aren’t being consulted. So I’m not going to sit there and think I’m pretty special. I think it’s fun, but I don’t put any real weight into it.

When are the occasions that you will absolutely not give a fan a selfie?

There are only two times when I will definitely say no and that is, at an airport because if I get stuck in an airport and the word spreads, it’s going to be complete torture for me. If I’m stuck on a flight for 10 hours with every single person going ‘Hey, can I get a photograph?’ it’s a little exhausting.

And when I’m having dinners. If I’m having dinners with friends or family, that for me is choosing to spend time with someone I care about. I will give any fan that time absolutely, but only after the meal. There’s got to be some decency.

Is there an overall plan to your career - one for the studio, one for yourself?

The ultimate plan would be making those two things the same, making one for the big studio and one for me, and those things being the same single film.

A movie which means a lot to a lot of people, tells a fantastic story, has some real heart and depth to it, and also makes a billion dollars... that, I think, is a possible thing, and that is the dream.

With all that’s super going on around you, what keeps your feet on the ground?

Family and friends every time. I have some friends still from Jersey where I grew up, and my friends tend to be dotted around the world, and my friends are also the team who work around me, and my family is part of that team, so it’s always good to have them there, just people who I respect.

If I’m exhausted and reacting badly because I’m exhausted, it’s good to have someone standing there, telling me ‘Dude, wind your neck in for two seconds.’ But, I should add, they’re kind to me, too, though. Recently I’ve been exhausted, hitting the ground running. I need to stop and appreciate the people around me, the people saying ‘It’s all right, I’ve got your back, we’ll pick up some of the slack here’ - whatever that may take, and it means a lot to me.

As you know, Henry became global ambassador for the Huawei P9 and P9 Plus last month. Since then the company has released tons of great pics, behind the scenes videos, and a fab TV ad. We're very much looking forward to whatever comes next!

The Durrell Challenge: Exclusive Pics And Video

It's hard to believe it's been nearly a week since The Durrell Challenge!

Thanks to your support for Henry and Durrell, the charity almost raised its £20,000 target. You can still help them get there (it's so close).

These are our exclusive pics and video from the race and the fun day that followed. Henry's girlfriend, Tara, was not only there to support him but also participated in the challenge (which Henry told us was not an easy run). His trainer Mike Blevins and his wife also ran with Henry, as his mom and other members of his family cheered him on. In all, more than 300 people took part in The Durrell Challenge. Congratulations, everyone!

Here's Henry arriving at the finish line
