All done! Today was a very successful day at the Durrell Challenge. I can't speak for everyone but my family, my friends and I had an incredible time. Henry participated in the Commando Challenge in October to raise funds for The Royal Marines Charity, and just this past May he ran his second Durrell Challenge in support of the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust.

Henry Talks Love For Rugby, Devon, Royal Marines Charity Work

Mark Allison had the opportunity to interview Henry at the Commando Challenge last month. He's just published his interview for Exepose, in which Henry talks about his love for rugby, Devon, and his work with The Royal Marines Charity:

“My brother is a Royal Marine, he’s a Lieutenant Colonel. I’ve always liked the Royal Marines, I probably would have joined the Marines if I wasn’t an actor, and it just seemed to make sense. I know there’s a lot of support required for family, and the marines themselves, whether they’re serving or not, and it seemed like the logical thing to do – join the charity and help as much as I can.”

This time last week, Henry was wrapping up his latest appearance as ambassador for The Royal Marines Charity by participating in the Commando Challenge. He raised valuable funds which will go to help both serving Marines and veterans (you can still donate to his fundraising page). Henry spoke to us about his commitment to the charity, and why it means so much for him to have your support.

Henry Cavill participated in the 10K portion of the Commando Challenge on Saturday, to raise funds for The Royal Marines Charity. We were in Devon to bring you live updates, and he told us about his experience running the race, why your support means so much to him, and what he's learned since becoming ambassador for the charity which he proudly represents.
