MTV Fandom Awards: Tumblr, Time For You To Represent!

You guys have come through! (never doubted that).

The Man from U.N.C.L.E. fandom has advanced to round 2 of MTV's Fandom Awards. If you're just catching up, we're nominated for "Fandom of the Year," with the first round of voting held on Facebook.

If you didn't get a chance to check how that initial voting tally went, we got more shares than Star Wars and Deadpool. That tells you just how much each one of you mattered. Thanks so much.

But there is no time to relax, voting has now moved to Tumblr, and it closes on Friday. We know how many Henry fans are on there..

Please show the cast and crew of The Man from U.N.C.L.E. how much you loved the film and VOTE

MTV reaches millions of people around the world, so this is the time to show your support for the film and Henry. In our opinion The Man from U.N.C.L.E. is one of his best performances, help us spread the love for his role as Solo. The same goes for Armie Hammer fans, Alicia Vikander fans, Hugh Grant fans, and Guy Ritchie fans. U.N.C.L.E. is the underdog, but we know you can pull it off Tumblr.

Let's get to the next round! -- PLEASE VOTE.

UPDATE (7/15): The Man from U.N.C.L.E. did not get enough votes to advance to the next round, but we weren't last either! -- That was a good push, and really showed just how much you guys love Henry's film. Thanks for taking the time to vote. We represented!

'The Man From U.N.C.L.E.' On TIME's 'Best of 2015' List

The Man from U.N.C.L.E. will be released on Blu-ray/DVD in the UK on Monday, and it's a movie you definitely want to own! (and not just because Henry can do more than fly).

Moviegoers are loving his take on agent Solo..

And now TIME has named U.N.C.L.E. one of the 'Top 10 Best Movies of 2015:'

Guy Ritchie’s riff on the Cold War-era TV show is an old-school pleasure, the kind of light spy caper that’s as rare these days as a pristine vintage Courrèges mini-dress. In this three-way flirt-fest, a trio of extraordinary-looking spy types—played by Alicia Vikander, Henry Cavill and Armie Hammer—revel in one another’s style and charisma, and that goes for the men, too. Once we’ve lost our taste for beautiful people, the movies really are finished.

Congratulations to the cast and crew. The honor is well deserved!

The film debuted at a strong #3 on U.S. home video sales charts, and Robert let us know about a poll that shows its popularity with IMDb users:

Thought the readers might want to join the vote. U.N.C.L.E. has now surpassed "SPECTRE” to take the NUMBER TWO SPOT!........

Join the vote!

Finally, five words: MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. WRAPPING PAPER.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Hang On Korea: Exactly One Month To Go Until U.N.C.L.E.

Today, we're exactly one month away from The Man from U.N.C.L.E. release in Korea.

U.N.C.L.E. is still in theaters in other parts of the world including the U.S. and the UK, and trust us when we tell you, you want to watch it on the big screen!

While we wait for more promo to hit (the movie is also set to open in Japan on November 14), we have some press tour interviews we hadn't posted. Enjoy!

Henry and Armie answer fan questions in this clip.. they're so cute together. Plus they're looking straight at the camera. Always a plus.

Watch for the blooper at the end in this one.. lol Henry.

These next few clips are from the press tour stop in Rome. Henry talked to MTV ChartShow about the challenging fight scene in the restroom, and the truck in the water scene. And then there's the BEST BROMANCE MOMENT EVER.. (at about 2:32). There's also some cute bloopers at the end of this one!

This is more of the coverage by MTVChartShow with footage from the photocall and more of Henry's interview with them. The funny moments continue, with Henry joking with Armie at about 2:47. We also hear from the girls and director Guy Ritchie. The bromance is palpable at 6:47, with the guys talking about their first impressions of each other. Armie: "I was overwhelmed by his good looks, his chiseled body, his muscles, pretty much everything.. there was a whole package there." As to what Henry thinks is Armie's sexiest "part?" (8:47) Henry: "Must be your eyes, they're so sexy. It's your eyes, your eyes are beautiful." And that Guy Ritchie.. he's a funny guy too!

This clip has more from the girls and Ritchie, plus some really cool Henry footage. And Alicia talks about the stunts with Henry. Was he scared? (4:00).

Watching these clips just made us want to watch The Man from U.N.C.L.E. again! -- We still have some really cool stuff ahead, as we count down to the DVD release ;)

U.N.C.L.E. Available To Pre-Order, BTS Awesomeness, More

This weekend brings news we couldn't wait to share with you!

The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Blu-ray/DVD combo pack is now available to pre-order in the U.S. -- Amazon UK has been offering that option for a while, but it just recently became available on their American site. Here's the link to pre-order your copy today. No word on what extras it comes with or when it will be released, but we'll stay on top of it for you.

One place you definitely want to check out, is the behind the scenes section over at manfromuncle.com -- There is some really cool stuff in there, including never-before-seen pictures of the cast like the one at the top that shows Henry and his costars chillin' between takes with director Guy Ritchie.

And here's some behind the scenes awesomeness you have to see!

Cinesite was in charge of some of the visual effects for The Man from U.N.C.L.E. and they've just put out an article that showcases their work which is simply amazing. Make sure to try out the slider at the bottom of the post to see the movie magic they created.

FX Guide also has an excellent article that breaks down some of their work in key moments of the film, including the opening car chase and the boat scene. It includes b-roll involving some of Henry's work, and the clip below that highlights some of what they did. Don't miss it.

And remember that scene *spoiler ahead* -- where Illya is surprised to see an aircraft carrier?..

Okay, what we remember is Henry being his witty-self as Solo ;) anyway, the scene is one of the funny moments in U.N.C.L.E. and this following article praises director Guy Ritchie for his accuracy in portraying the era. It's also a must-read.

The film had its French premiere at the Deauville Film Festival this weekend (no stars in attendance), and people seemed to really like it!

The Man from U.N.C.L.E. opens in France on Wednesday, September 16th. You know what to do, représenter!

U.N.C.L.E. 'Most Underrated Film,' Almost Solo Time France!

A photo posted by Miss DANDAN kece (@missdandankece) on

Less than two weeks to go, France!

Ads for The Man from U.N.C.L.E. are now being posted by fans on social media, ahead of the film's release there on September 16. However film lovers headed to the Deauville Festival will get to see it first, since U.N.C.L.E. will premiere there this coming Friday.

The film is also opening in Greece, Uruguay, and Venezuela this coming weekend, having just been released in Mexico, Brazil, and other Latin American countries. If you haven't watched it, what are you waiting for?!

The Man from U.N.C.L.E. was recently voted the 'Most underrated film' of the summer, in a poll conducted by ScreenCrush. We like what they had to say about the results, and what it could mean for the film.

The Man From U.N.C.L.E. - 16%
The Gift - 16%
Spy - 14%
Other - 14%
Shaun the Sheep - 12%
Terminator Genisys - 12%
Trainwreck - 10%
Insidious: Chapter 3 - 3%
Poltergeist - 1%

ANALYSIS: Maybe the most surprising category of the whole survey. I thought this one would probably go to Spy or possibly Trainwreck, two smaller movies that got great reviews and had strong word of mouth amidst the comic-book juggernauts. Instead, number one went to The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Guy Ritchie’s exceedingly stylish and cleverly subversive period spy thriller, with Joel Edgerton’s twisted stalker thriller The Gift just four votes behind in second place. That bodes well for both film’s futures on home video and streaming.

Speaking about home video, Amazon UK is now taking pre-orders for the U.N.C.L.E. Blu-ray..

and the DVD...

No special features or release date are listed, but we'll update you guys when that info comes in.

Finally, check out this cool poster made out of emojis. Digital Natives came up with the idea and we can kinda see Solo in there.. pretty cool!

The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Reaction Post: Get Out And Watch It!

THE DAY IS HERE.

Show your support for Henry and get out and watch The Man from U.N.C.L.E. this weekend, we promise you will LOVE the film and him as Napoleon Solo!

Today his Michigan friends highlighted why it's such a great watch, and believe us -- they are right!

Henry's costar Luca Calvani also posted his thoughts on opening day..

Please share your reactions. Let's make this a winning weekend for Henry!

The film is outstanding, but it's facing some tough competition at the U.S. box office. However according to Deadline, U.N.C.L.E. is doing great business overseas.

Russia dominated the B.O. with 60% of the market share on 1,804 screens. In first place, the Guy Ritchie-directed film has accumulated twice that of No. 2, Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation with a cume of $1.2M.

In the United Kingdom, U.N.C.L.E. is off to a decent start with $749K at 505 venues. Performance is strong in London, particularly the West End, and the South with those regions gaining higher than average market shares. The Vue Westfield was the pic’s highest grossing site, with Imax hubs overperforming. Friday’s figure is in the sphere of The Bourne Identity, Red and Get Smart. (..)

Many markets will continue to have holidays for another three to four weeks and Warner Bros. International plans to take advantage of the play period heading into September.

C'mon U.S., you still have time to do your part - represent!

Exclusive: Henry Talks Solo At The U.N.C.L.E. World Premiere

We had the chance to interview a sniffly Henry, at the world premiere of The Man from U.N.C.L.E. in New York. Our chat was all about Solo, and we can't imagine how he knew what we were going to ask first.. ;) and then Guy Ritchie photobombed us. Watch.

Henry mentions Istanbul at the end, because that's where director Guy Ritchie and producer Lionel Wigram said they could be going next!

Henry also talked to us in London, so look for that and tons of other exclusive content this week as we celebrate the release of the film. Go Solo! (hope you're feeling better).

Here's everything from the premieres in New York and London, Toronto you're on!

More From The London Premiere Of U.N.C.L.E, New Interview

Colin Hart was at the London premiere of The Man from U.N.C.L.E. and took some really great pics. Today he shared them all on his FB page. Thank you!

The Detroit Free Press got a chance to interview Henry, and the Q&A is now in. Henry talks about Solo, and mentions the time he lived in Michigan and what helped him deal with the long Batman v Superman shoot. He also talks about how nice it was for people to ask for pics instead of taking sneaky ones (see!). Read his new interview now.

Back to the London premiere, here are some more pics posted by Warner Bros UK. Also a big thanks to @Cavillsworth for helping us keep track of the rest of the photos and videos, and to the fans for sharing them!
