Henry In Budapest As He Prepares To Become "The Witcher"

Just a few days after Henry gave us a motorized preview of how he'll look riding his horse in The Witcher, a new fan pic shows he's already in Budapest!

The Netflix show is expected to begin filming in that beautiful Hungarian city soon, so we imagine he's doing some pre-production work and settling in.

Stay tuned for the latest details as we get them.

UPDATE (9/24): Another restaurant photo from that day! (via)

  1. Getting ready for a role. Such professionalism is rarely heard of these days. I've always said that English and/or British people make the best performers and put in lots of effort even compared to the best of American actors. Henry never let his Superman status interfere with other potential work. He didn't shy from it. He truly is an example to follow...

    1. I think the British are the best actors too. Most of the TV shows and movies I watch are with British actors.

  3. Budapest is indeed a great city. Love the Tokaji (sinfully delicious dessert wine), the baths, the street markets, the river... Hope it's a great experience for Henry. He has such a terrific natural acting ability. Watched Count of Monte Cristo again today, when he was little more than a babe and just brought it.

  4. @Carol Balaton lake and csárda, Dobos cake at Gerbeaud Cukraszda (one slice won't do a harm to our Geralt man),the Hungarian Parliament Building, Budim (Buda) castle, St. Stephen's Basilica, Fishermen's Bastion&St.Matthias church, bridges ... I like Central European culture and architecture. I know Henry will work hard, but really hope he will have some free time for exploring and participate in one traditional dinner party. You don't leave Hungary, Croatia, Poland or Austria (with the first two mentioned nations) without take participation in one dinner party :) Have a blessed week! DR

    1. Thanks for the tips! I'm thinking of visiting perhaps this fall/winter. It is on my bucket list regardless. Do you happen to live there? Was planning on visiting for New Year's Eve, but disappointed they don't have official fireworks.

  5. Happy for him I really am but we need a man of steel 2! there are so many stories to tell and Henry is the right for the job! I don't think the Supergirl story is a good choice for DC at the moment. And before anyone says anything I am a girl so not sexist!
