Throwback Thursday From The Chilly Winnipeg Set Of 'Nomis'

crunchasaurus: "Countdown to Nomis! (If you look carefully you may see my beard flash in the background) Fun fact: Shortly after this photo was take me and Cavill's beards got in a fight. Who won? Hint: Supe's ain't got no beard no mo'.... #nomis #henrycavill"

A late #tbt surprise courtesy of Nomis crew member crunchasaurus!

This is a new look at Henry and director David Raymond, hanging out with the crew on the Winnipeg set of the film earlier this year. Just a few days ago Henry got to see some footage in London and gave his reaction.

Nomis does not have a release date yet, but it's expected to come out next year.

Supes Repping DC In London, Everything 'Justice League'

We got a lot of exciting news to get to, as we look ahead to the release of Justice League. But first here's a new look at Henry repping DC in London, as he trained at the Roger Gracie Academy today. Jiu Jitsu champ Faris Benlamkadem was among those who got to hang out with Supes...

"It's official, I've been recruited into the #JusticeLeague."

Thanks for sharing your photos everyone.

Things have been getting busier, with Justice League now just over a month and a half away. The word is a new trailer may be released by the end of next week, and who knows... maybe this time we even get a glimpse of Superman!

But before he arrives, The Flash and Cyborg think they're the boss..

We'll let them enjoy the spotlight for now. And check out these awesome storyboards from Justice League that director Zack Snyder just shared on his Vero account. Why is the Kent Farm for sale?... very revealing!

Justice League Composer Danny Elfman has also been dropping some major clues about his music in the film, including a track involving an emotional sequence that he just recorded in London. But the bigger reveal came as he talked to Billboard about incorporating John Williams’ Superman theme into the score:

You’ve just been in London recording the score for Justice League. It’s been 28 years since you scored Batman. What was it like going back into the DC universe?

"It was great. It was like I never left because I’m using the same thematic material that I used back then. It never actually went away [Laughs.] It just was great fun.

There are a few little fan moments. I instated a moment of the Wonder Woman theme that Hans Zimmer did for Batman Vs. Superman, but I also had two minutes where I had the pleasure of saying, “Let’s do John Williams’ Superman.” and that for me was heaven, because now I have a melody to twist, and I’m using it in an actually very dark way, in a dark moment. It’s the kind of thing that some fans will notice. Some won’t. It’s a moment where we’re really not sure whose side he’s on.

The people at DC are starting to understand we’ve got these iconic bits from our past and that’s part of us, that’s part of our heritage -- we shouldn’t run away from that. Contemporary thinking is, every time they reboot something, you have to start completely from scratch -- which, of course, audiences will tell us again and again, is bullshit. Because the single-most surviving and loved theme in the world is Star Wars, which they had the good sense to not dump for the reboots. And every time it comes back, the audience goes crazy."

Finally, this new Justice League image is the cover of Italian Ciak magazine. Pretty cool!

Everything Justice League coming your way in the coming weeks, so keep checking back for the latest updates.

'Mission: Impossible 6' Reportedly Resumes Filming In England

Tom Cruise told Extra earlier this month, that Mission: Impossible 6 would resume filming soon now that he's recovered from a set injury. Today British media is reporting that production has set up at a park in Essex, northeast of London. We're not sure if Henry is required to be there... but he did post a video of Kal from a park, to celebrate National Fitness Day!

Hello All, today is National Fitness Day here in the UK. So Kal and I have decided to extend our usual walk and make more of a meal of it! Starting fitness can be one of the hardest things to do, believe me I know, I've had to start and restart so many times over the years and that's where my problem has been. Once you start.... just keep going. It doesn't need to be a workout of the gods everyday just a little something, much like the walk Kal and I are on today. I know everyone says, "you'll feel better" and "it'll change your life" which are easy words when you're the fit one right? Annoyingly, they are exactly right. But this time its coming from someone who used to be called Fat Cavill and indeed sometimes revisits those glory days after too many beers, pizzas and curries. I know those first steps aren't the most comfortable, or the easiest but they are the most rewarding especially if you take them at your own pace. Alot of us struggle to find the time to get our workouts in, but if you make the time, I promise that you will genuinely benefit from it in all walks of life. Especially while walking bears. Make it your choice and you will achieve it. Do it for you! #NationalFitnessDay #KalFit #WorkoutBear

Mexico: Henry Is Thinking About You

A post shared by Henry Cavill (@henrycavill) on

This year Henry has been using his social media to reach out to those in need. From his message to the people of Britain following a terror attack, to supporting hurricane-damaged Texas and Florida, his heartfelt words provide comfort when it's needed the most. Today he wanted to let the people of Mexico know he's thinking of them, after two earthquakes and a hurricane have left hundreds of people dead this month.

He's the real deal guys. And that's why he has our unconditional support.

Go Supes! -- We are thinking of you as well Mexico.

Henry's New Message From Florida, All About 'Wonder Woman'

A post shared by Henry Cavill (@henrycavill) on

Seriously. How lucky are we to have such a great Superman?

Henry once again showing his support for Gal Gadot and her record-breaking Wonder Woman film. The two will reunite for the Justice League promo tour soon, but for now it looks like Henry is still in Florida where he's been helping with the Hurricane Irma cleanup.. and maybe catching some rays and working out in his free time.

Nice tan, Supes!

Supes In 'Justice League' Promo, Stars Talk "Hope"

Superman is starting to show up in the Justice League promo!

This banner (from a fan-made poster by Mikhail Villareal) was attached to the latest news update that went out to jointheleague.dccomics.com subscribers today.

The site keeps fans updated on the latest contests (this week involving Superman), new products and more.

These past few weeks Warner Bros. has also begun releasing new clips of the cast in promo material from around the world. The Mexico one is a hoot!

In England, Luke found this cool Gillete promo item linked to the Justice League VR Experience.

In Australia, Oz Comic-Con attendees are reportedly getting a Justice League Escape Room.

Finally, don't miss what Gal and Ben had to say when talking about Justice League to US Weekly.

Us Weekly: How have your characters changed since we last saw them?

Gal Gadot: She’s grown up — it’s been a century, after all! She’ll bring her specific qualities to a group dynamic, and she understands the enemy better than anyone else.

Ben Affleck: In Batman v Superman, he was at the end of his rope. But inJustice League he’s finding hope again. He has to open up and play well with others. He knows he needs them.

Us: Ben, does Batman struggle to fit in?

BA: He’s sort of the ultimate loner, but he’s really trying to make it work and develop a good relationship with all of them. He might be a mentor to The Flash.

Us: What’s the dynamic between Batman and Wonder Woman?

GG: Since they’ve fought together, they know each other’s strengths. They also understand the hope Superman stood for, that was lost [when he died], so they feel that more than the others.

It always comes back to Superman. Less than two months to go!
