The Durrell Challenge: One week to go!

Just one more week to go, until Henry joins hundreds of people at The Durrell Challenge on his native island of Jersey. The money raised at the run, Superhero Stroll, and the Family Fun Day will go to help Durrell continue its animal life-saving work around the world.

Fans participating that day are ready to go..


and so is Henry, who just told a local radio station he'll be running with a large group that includes his younger brother Charlie. Last night, he revealed his Team Cavill spirit!

We hope many of you can make it to The Durrell Challenge next Sunday, especially if you live on the island.  You can also cheer Henry on, over at his fundraising page.

Henry Thanks Everyone For Birthday Wishes, New Set Pics

Henry kicked off his birthday promoting The Durrell Challenge, so we're not surprised he ended it by sending a shoutout to troops everywhere. He was on location in Paris early this morning, when he posted his new video to also thank everyone for their birthday messages.

UPDATE: Here's a first look at filming going on today. Is that Henry next to Tom?.. it looks like it!

Nina got to see Henry filming his scenes (read her story below).


Today I was so lucky to assiste the shooting of "Mission Impossible 6" movie with Tom Cruise ! ❤️ The shooting was taking place right in the heart of Paris, on the beautiful bridge Pont Neuf, where Tom Cruise was doing his cascades and had to crush with his truck ! Apart from Tom Cruise, there was also gorgeous Henry Cavill (superman actor) who sent me a kiss when he was seating next to Tom in the truck :)... Such a lovely experience as I've met also and spoke to a movie director and producer Christopher Mcquarrie and was so welcomed by this adorable man who was so nice to spend all this time talking to me and taking pictures with me !!! Finally!.. a first clear look at Henry, on today's rainy set of Mission: Impossible 6.



"Henry Cavill, it's my turn for the pictures!

But where is Ethan Hunt today? Tom Cruise was present on the set but he remained in the truck, Henry Cavill, on the other hand, was not against stretching his legs while walking along the Quai des Grands Augustins, The air a little dreamy! The first time for the coffee break and make-up checks, the second time ... just to be the star of the day with his pretty pink and white umbrella! (..) Thank you Mr. Cavill for these privileged moments very appreciated."

Listen: Henry's Radio Interview Promoting The Durrell Challenge


Henry got an early start on his 34th birthday, as he promoted next weekend's Durrell Challenge on Jersey radio station Channel 103.

Thanks to his fan Amanda, who recorded it for everyone who missed it. 

In the new interview, Henry talks about preparing for the run. He also mentions his role as host to those coming in to take part in the 13K with him and more!

The Durrell Challenge organizers have also now posted all the details on the different events taking place on May 14th.

'Justice League' Premiere Tickets, Top Prize In Challenge Raffle

Thanks to Martin de la Haye for the heads up on this awesome Durrell Challenge raffle prize, someone in Jersey is walking away with two tickets to the Justice League premiere in November!


We've reached out to The Durrell Challenge organizers to find out more about the raffle, but it looks like tickets are only available at Jersey Zoo. And check out those second and third prizes.. NICE.

Social Media: Superman Shows His Support For Wonder Woman


We don't have to tell you how excited we are to see Gal Gadot on her big screen solo debut as Wonder Woman. She kicked butt in Batman v Superman alongside the two superheroes, and now Henry is showing his support for her film. He left the message below on her Instagram post, that celebrates the one month countdown to Wonder Woman's release on June 2nd. Henry's comment comes just days after he reached out to all  recent cinematic superheroes in a really cool post on National Superhero Day. We really couldn't have asked for a better Superman, and can't wait to see him reunite with Wonder Woman in Justice League. Go Gal!

Mission: Impossible 6 Welcomes Vanessa Kirby, Latest Set Action

Cinematographer Rob Hardy, today posted a beautiful shot from the latest Mission: Impossible 6 set in Paris. It was the first time we saw Vanessa Kirby, as she shot a romantic scene with Tom Cruise.





And guess who else was there.. hello Ilsa! Rebecca Feguson was also spotted on set today.



Filming appears to have taken place at two different locations..


And this fan even got the first photo we've seen with Tom (click through the gallery below).




Henry has not been spotted on set this week, but keep checking back for updates from Paris!

Paris Sighting: Henry Stops For A Pic With A Fan


Paris has been very good to Henry's fans. Not only have we gotten some really cool updates from the Mission: Impossible 6 sets, he's also been kind enough to stop for pics in his free time.

This is the latest one with PeopleCelebParis, who has met Henry a few times while he's in France.

Throwback To Winnipeg: 'Nomis' Wrap Pic

Henry has been so busy this year, it's been hard to keep up with him. So a big thanks to Lee for letting us know about this awesome pic, taken on the day he wrapped Nomis about four weeks ago.

Makeup artist April Pangilinan shared it on her Instagram with this caption:

Henry went from the Nomis set in Winnipeg to Paris, where he is currently filming Mission: Impossible 6. Both movies are expected to come out next year.
