If this picture tells you anything... it should be how serious Henry is about his Jiu-Jitsu. This rumble seemed particularly tough on him (note the face bruises). But then again, if Supes ever goes up against Shazam's magic, his fighting skills may come in handy. Snowstorm Not Keeping Henry Away From His Jiu Jitsu Training

It looks like Henry isn't letting a little snow, interfere with his Jiu Jitsu training.

Yoga teacher Tariq shared this photo with him at the Roger Gracie Academy in London today.

Henry Continues His Martial Arts Training In London

Now that Mission: Impossible Fallout has almost finished filming, Henry has apparently been working on advancing his martial arts training at Roger Gracie's Academy in London.

Slowly but surely, Henry is getting closer to that black belt. He's wasted no time in getting back to his Jiu-Jitsu fitness routine in London, since returning from Ace Comic Con earlier this week. Filming is also still going on for Mission: Impossible 6 so we hope he gets a break for the holidays!

Roger Gracie Academy Coach Shares Her Fab Pic With Henry

‪"So cool to see Superman Henry Cavill training at HQ today." 

Jo Anna is a coach at the Roger Gracie Academy in London, and today she shared her photo with Henry who has been training there since last spring.

As you can see the moustache is alive and well, with Mission: Impossible 6 resuming filming near London this week.

Henry was not able to shave it during the Justice League reshoots, and in November's Empire Magazine Ben Affleck speaks about working with Supes and his stache:

"He looked like a porn star from the ’70s, just with a better body. It’s a different twist [on Superman].”

We can only hope that footage is included in the Justice League Blu-ray!

Now that Henry is back in London, he's resumed his training at the Roger Gracie Academy, and today the Jiu Jitsu champ is celebrating a birthday.

Henry Back In London, Shares First Instagram Story & More!

 

We figured Henry was back home in London, when he posted his "happy" Batkita pic over the weekend. Today he published his first Instagram story, while working on his Jiu Jitsu at Roger Gracie's Academy.

Just a few weeks ago Henry shared a pic with his girlfriend, Lucy Cork, at the London academy. The two are working on Mission: Impossible 6, that's currently on hiatus but is expected to resume filming soon.

In honour of national comic book Day I went down to Forbidden Planet in London and grabbed me some reading material!! Any recommendations for when I go back? As an aside, I do believe my Clark disguise is 100% on point because only 2 eagle eyed young chaps spotted me (you know who you are) and the gentleman who helped me with my purchases at the counter, very casually said "looking forward to the next one" as I walked away! Very smooth sir, very smooth. So basically, Clark Kent should have a handle bar moustache in the next movie. Ever since Henry began learning Jiu Jitsu last year, he's been sharing updates on his progress on his Instagram and Facebook. Today he posted this new pic, and it looks like he's found the perfect training partner in his girlfriend Lucy!

They'll both be kicking some serious butt in Mission: Impossible 6 next summer, but for now it's awesome to see them training together under the talented Roger Gracie.

Roger Gracie (a friend and a professor of mine) just recently fought Marcus 'Buchecha' Almeida for a rematch. Roger Gracie is a 10 time world champion and considered probably the greatest ever sport Brazilian jiu-jitsu guy. Marcus 'Buchecha' Almeida is the current greatest sport Brazilian jiu-jitsu guy, is also a 10 time world champion and just won this year's world championships again in weight and absolute division. They fought five years ago to a draw. This time things went differently. So I say again. Congratulations Roger! ;)

Henry's latest post is a shoutout to Roger Gracie, who just won a much-hyped rematch against longtime rival  Marcus "Buchecha" Almeida in Brazil.
