His daily workouts are clearly paying off and you'll see more of his big muscles at work when The Witcher debuts on Netflix this fall.

It's International Dog day today and Kal is the most international dog that I know!! We had a dog Day afternoon in the warm weather today. After a short walk of course. He's a little legend, my hound. I'm the luckiest man alive to have him in my life. #Kal #InternationalDogDay Edit: Total lie. HE had a dog Day afternoon, I went and worked my ass off(on?) In the gym and at my desk 💁🏻‍♂️. We're cool though, we have a good deal, he works the night shift with all the guard doggery stuff. He's amazing at LOOKING like he's sleeping, though. He even fake snores.

Busy Weekend In London: Latest Instagram Adventures

If you thought Henry's sudden Instagram stories run was just a fluke, today he's back posting updates.

We know... it's a shocking development we're still trying to take in, but no one is complaining!

After Kal gave up on trying to keep up with his crazy energy, Henry went off to run some errands and showed us around London before hitting the gym again.

AND he brought the jokes.

We saw Henry's funny (and very handsome) face again, as he posted a selfie showing off his BOSS eyewear.. he is their ambassador after all!

Las Vegas Shooting: "My Heart Goes Out To All The Victims"

My heart goes out to the all the victims and also to the families of the victims of the shooting in Las Vegas. A shocking event. Seeing how people banded together to help those in need was heartening. Thank you to local law enforcement, first responders and those who remained brave and did all you could.

Overnight at least 58 people were killed and more than 500 others wounded, after a gunman opened fire on a crowd at a country music festival in Las Vegas. It's the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history and today Henry sent out a message of support to those affected.

We're with you as well Las Vegas and sending prayers your way.

Today Henry reached out with a message of encouragement and sympathy, following the deadly Manchester attack and news of Zack Snyder's family tragedy. Henry is currently in Paris, where he had been filming Mission: Impossible 6 until today. He will be headed to New Zealand next.
