A Fun Day For A Great Cause: New Pics From Durrell Challenge

Durrell Wildlife has posted new photos of The Durrell Challenge and Fun Day, that took place on Henry's home island of Jersey a few weeks ago.

Here are just a few of them, you can see them all in HQ on their Facebook. We had the chance to be at the run, to bring you live coverage and talk to Henry about the event and more. And Durrell has confirmed, he'll be back next year:

"Our Ambassador, Henry Cavill, worked tirelessly throughout the day to ensure that as many people as possible got a photo opportunity and we were rewarded with some amazing feedback from those who visited. Most importantly, our animals enjoyed having so many visitors in the May sunshine.

"We will shortly be announcing the date for the 2017 Challenge & Family Fun Day with Henry Cavill.”

Are you ready to take on the Durrell Challenge while raising funds for Durrell Wildlife?.. stay tuned!

In the meantime, you can still contribute to this year's final goal on Henry's fundraising page or at the Durrell Challenge one. Thanks so much everyone.

  1. Nice pics! Thanks! Henry is a great ambassador for Durell. Glad to see him so happy and enjoying this time with family and friends.

  2. Wait wait wait... was that a camera strapped onto Henry Cavill's chest during the race?

    1. I think it's a GoPro. Hopefully we'll see some of that footage someday.

    2. Ugh hopefully.. or maybe it's for his own album for family and friends?. :c

  3. LOL!! Even the horse is watching Henry as he runs by. From all the pics I've seen of Jersey, it looks absolutely beautiful.
