'Commando Challenge' T-Shirt Giveaway: Enter Now!

The Commando Challenge will be here in no time, and you can help Henry reach his fundraising goal.

For those of you who can't join him in the mud run to benefit The Royal Marines Charity, we have a way for you to at least be there in spirit. The charity has sent us two Commando Challenge t-shirts made exclusively for this year's event to give away. It's the same shirt Henry was wearing in his invite to fans.

All you have to do to enter to win one of the Commando Challenge t-shirts, is leave a question for Henry regarding his work as ambassador for The Royal Marines Charity or his participation in next month's race. We'll pick a random winner on September 30, and who knows.. maybe we get your question answered by him!

The contest is open worldwide, and don't forget to leave a contact email/Twitter/Instagram/FB info for us to reach you in case you win. Good luck everyone!

UPDATE 9/30: Congratulations to Lori Sermeno and ForensicScorpio85. You are the winners of our Commando Challenge t-shirt contest! --- Thanks to everyone for participating, and stay tuned to see if your question is answered by Henry at the run next weekend.

HI Henry... I always wonder what makes a celebrity hook up with causes such as this?? Did you have a relative that served or is it because you have a great respect for those who serve?? You have my Greatest Respect either way... Go Get'em Superman. But don't hurt yourself in the Race... We don't want any DC Films setbacks...

  4. Supporting the Royal Marines is such an important cause since we should always remember those individuals that risk their lives for us. Other than bringing awareness to the Royal Marines, what do you hope your fans take away from seeing you help?

Having the heart in helping others without expecting in receiving anything is much worth it, because those blessing will return to you in ways you will never expect...like waking up every morning, listen to the birds or just by feeling the heart beat of your heart. Then my question will be...what is the best memorie that you have from helping others in need?? Thx for the opportunity😉 Saludos from Mexico

  22. Henry has become an inspiration to a life I've existed in without notice for 52 years as of July 27th!! I have much admiration for any man who can challenge me to come out of my comfort zone to make this comment and more than I've ever done in my whole life!! I've never ever traveled and I haven't decided if I ever will yet!! Time can't tell!! Only I can!!

  32. Henry, living in Australia I was unaware of the Royal Marine Charity until I read about your participation in the Commando Challenge. Do you envision some international events for RMC taking place? If so, what would you like to see? Outback challenge perhaps?! sjudge@gmx.com

  33. Greetings from the US! What a marvelous program and worthy cause. Maybe you could extend this charity event by helping to establish runs in your ally countries. Your name alone would go far in making this happen; a mammoth task, I know, but what do you think, Ambassador?

  34. Dear Henry, Hats off to all the charity work you're actively involved at such a young age. Keep up the excellent work you do. My question for you - As an Ambassador, what are the duties and expectations required from you and what inspire you to get involve in this particular charity? Best of Luck to you and team.

  35. Cavill,

On the 8th of October you will be participating in the "courage course".

Tell me, what is the one thing you have done (in the course of your existence) that required the most courage?

I find apologizing without a guarantee of an acceptance terrifying. But perhaps it is easier to say "I'm sorry" to someone when you're standing in front of him.

    Always,
    Rose2AThorn

  36. As I was exploring the Royal Marines Charity's website, including testimonials, I'm reminded that the ability of charities to carry out their mission is often faced with constraints. Your involvement with the charity and the Commando Challenge is aiding with the financial one, but if you had the power and opportunity to advocate on RMC's behalf to otherwise improve or expand their services, what area(s) would you focus on?

  38. Hi Mr. Cavill,

You are an excellent RMC ambassador! Charities like these are so important and your ability to bring attention to them is fantastic! Although I’m in the U.S., I can appreciate these service members and their families having been a part of a military family. Is there a specific moment or memory that you can share that has inspired you along your journey in support of the Royal Marines? Best of luck on your challenge and enjoy every moment shared with your team next weekend!

    All the best,
    ~Kim
