    1. Think he's going through the leaning stages before putting back on the muscle he had in BVS. Filming has only just begun really so I'm sure he's okay :)

    2. Sorry can I just butt in :) You don't put extra muscle on after your leaning phase. You bulk (increase muscle mass by diet and exercise/lifting) then lean to cut layer of fat and to add definition of the muscles. Just wanted to clarify. :) (sneaks backs under a rock)

    3. Thank you for clarifying. You can come out of the rock now.

  6. HC does look a bit thin in these pictures. Maybe in person he's bigger but here he does look a tad under weight. :/ Maybe it's the suit.

  7. Goodness gracious, Henry is one handsome man. I don't see how one could be more handsome. I love the lean look.

  8. Who is the handsome man in the brown suit standing next to Henry?

  9. That's Joel Kinnaman (in Ferragamo) -- He plays Rick Flag.

  11. A friend of mine was there yesterday and she said he did look a bit under the weather and a bit distant. I hope he's alright maybe he was just having one of those off kinda days. (Still extremely handsome). Rest up Henry poor love. You have to really admire what all these actors go through to entertain us.

  12. Quote from Mr. C himself regarding your worries: "on the challenges of appearing shirtless on film] There's a period of gaining mass, when you consume vast amounts of fats, carbs, and proteins, combined with a heaving lifting regimen; that's followed by a "cut," when your caloric intake is drastically lowered and the fat essentially melts away to reveal chiseled muscle. The mass build is the fun part. You get to eat a lot, and you're lifting heavy weights. You feel really good because you've got big numbers going on the plates. But you're always aware that you'll have to eat less and start breathing more in order to show the muscles and the striations. It creeps up on you. That's the less-fun part. A lower caloric intake can also affect your moods. I had to be aware of my temper and try not to snap at people on the set. It's only during the final "leaning down" for the day of a shirtless shoot that food cravings begin to kick in."

    1. Awww... I knew we had nothing to worry about. At least this quote from Mr C clears that up! Thanks Anonymous August 4, 2016 at 12:39 PM.

    3. Well i hope that's all there is to it. But I could hardly imagine HC being temperamental when he seems so genuinely nice to fans. I'm glad that he manages to keep his temper in check.

  13. (I'm the one posting the quote) I can tell you...I'm also quite genuine but on strict diet I'm also getting furious. It's easy to imagine that.;) - Diana
