Batman v Superman Ultimate Edition: Special Features

The weekend is here, and if you haven't watched the Batman v Superman Ultimate Edition you're missing out!

People are praising the extended cut, that adds a lot more Superman and Clark.

We finally got a chance to watch the special features included with the iTunes HD digital copy, and you guys.. you HAVE to watch them!

Since the iTunes extras that come with the film are not yet available everywhere (we're looking at you UK), we're posting a few caps for you... you know.. to hold you over until it gets released where you are.

There are SO MANY cool details and awesome moments in there.. it not only made us appreciate everyone's work on Batman v Superman, it got us even more excited for Justice League.

Geoff Johns:

"It started with Superman.. with Action Comics #1. So it only feels kinda organic and natural that Man of Steel would kick off the DC cinematic world."

Zack Snyder:

"I think that Henry is sensitive, very sensitive to what he perceives to be Superman's responsibility to audiences and to the world.. and I think that you kind of have to when you've molded this character out of your guts and your psyche."

Henry:

"The suit, the trickiest thing I found, it's not designed to be rained on. The shoes for example just filled with water.."

And it looks like Ben the bat has some competition for Superman's affections! (that furry little guy part of the 'Save the Bats' campaign).

Again, that's just a taste of what you'll get in the special features. Here is the link to buy the iTunes HD digital copy of Batman v Superman's extended cut that comes with all these extras. They are also included with the Blu-ray set to be released July 19 (U.S.) -- You are going to LOVE them.

    3. Okay, the special features listed in this post http://www.henrycavillnews.com/2016/06/crowe-on-bvs-blu-ray-news-turkish.html are all the iTunes extras. I just looked and Amazon and Walmart will include them all, so guessing it's the same way across the board. It should say "2 hours of bonus content" or look for a description of extras or special features. Good luck!

    1. That is a long time. It took a little bit, but I'd say no more than 30-40 minutes. Maybe the connection is slow. Those extras are worth it!
