Free Comic Book Day: Go Get Yours!

Henry poses with ACTION COMICS #1 at Superman's 75th anniversary party in San Diego

Whether you are a fan of comic books or not, you really shouldn't pass up the opportunity to get your free ones today. Various publishers including DC are releasing several titles for this once-a-year event. One of the titles being offered is the first DC COMICS - THE NEW 52 FUTURES END, that officially introduces Terry McGinnis (AKA Batman Beyond) into the DC Universe continuity. Considering that some predict we'll be seeing shades of THE NEW 52 in the Man of Steel sequel and beyond, it's not a bad idea to keep up with the storyline..

DC Comics writers and artists will also be available at some of the nationwide locations. Here's the complete list. During the Man of Steel promo tour (actually way before then), Henry mentioned several times how he prepared for the role by going straight to the source material aka the Superman comic books.

He shared the list of his favorite ones with Entertainment Weekly. So get out there and enjoy the free comics, and then start looking for those EASTER EGGS.
